 Staubir is coming to Pakistan with a full range of textile machinery solutions to meet all the needs of weaving mills
The Pakistan Textile and Apparel exhibition IGATEX will be held in Lahore from December 1 to 4. Staubier will present its innovative mechanical and systems solutions for the textile mills of the future at Booth 2-111 in Agents Hall 2.
 
Staubier has a wide range of textile machinery products, including automatic weaving preparation systems, heald and jacquard weaving, carpet and industrial fabric weaving solutions.
 
The audience will have the opportunity to learn about the biggest highlight of the exhibition, the new SX PRO jacquard machine. Since its global debut at ITM 2022 in Istanbul, SX PRO has been favored and practiced by many textile mills. It can operate continuously and reliably while maintaining ultra-low energy consumption.
 
At the same time, Staubier has responded to the booming market demand for jet and rapier weaving by providing high performance solutions, including the superior S1792 CAM opening device, which combines high performance, reliability and speed with pioneering advanced technology.
 
Both heald frame weaving and jacquard weaving require optimum weaving preparation to produce the best quality fabric and timely delivery. Staubier offers a complete range of weaving preparation solutions with different machines and systems such as TIEPRO warp trimmer and SAFIR S40 automatic warp trimmer for high quality warp shaft and pattern changes. To achieve high performance in dual-warp staple applications, such as fancy denim warp, Staubier will offer the new AWC double-layer difference management function. This feature allows the two layers of yarn to be easily adjusted to achieve a perfect alignment during threading, thus preventing speed loss during threading.
